Gym shots dominate many smart-ring sample packs. OEM project managers and procurement leads still need outdoor frames: activity, rest, and travel. This checklist turns the homepage Outdoor Recovery Moments card into text you can paste into a sample kit or proposal note.
It does not cover swimming, diving, or other water sports. Keep water claims out of QRing line overviews unless a specific model source supports them.
Who this is for
Use this when you are assembling reference imagery and short scene notes for an OEM review, not when you are writing a consumer lifestyle campaign. For brand creative home scenes, see Home Wellness Routines.
Three outdoor beats for sample kits
1. Activity without a gym set
Show a walk on a path, a park stretch, or a casual outdoor move with hands visible. Keep the ring on during ordinary motion. Useful note for the kit: low-profile wear outside the gym. If you name a capability, use a catalog label only, such as Heart Rate & HRV.
2. Rest outdoors
Show a bench, a trail pause, or seated rest after light activity. Treat rest as downtime, not a clinic visit. Useful note: outdoor recovery moment with consumer wellness and activity-tracking language. Do not use medical monitoring wording.
3. Travel layover
Show a transit wait, a bag strap in hand, or a short stop between places. The ring stays on through the trip day. Useful note: travel scene that sits beside activity and rest so the pack is not gym-only.
Paste-ready shot table
| Beat | Must show | Nice to have | Leave out |
|---|---|---|---|
| Activity | Hands and ring outdoors | Path, trees, soft daylight | Pool, beach swim, dive gear |
| Rest | Seated or paused rest | Bench, bottle, bag | Clinic props, diagnose text |
| Travel | Hands during a trip pause | Luggage handle, ticket, seat | Waterproof badges, water-sport overlays |
What to write in the proposal note
State that the QRing line can appear in outdoor activity, rest, and travel scenes so the product is not framed as gym-only hardware. Point reviewers to the smart ring OEM/ODM service page, R08 Smart Ring, or R10 Smart Ring for model-level facts.
Stay inside consumer wellness and activity-tracking wording. Use catalog capability labels only when the note needs them. Do not invent waterproof or certified claims. Do not lock the overview to one SKU when a line-level sample pack is enough.
What not to claim
Do not add swim, dive, or surf scenes to a generic QRing overview. Some ring models must not carry water claims at all. If a buyer asks about water use, answer from the specific model source, not from this scene checklist.
Do not use medical, clinical, diagnose, treat, or therapy wording.
