Hardware & charging
Discuss model-specific materials, finishes, sensor configuration, sizing, charging cable, case or dock, and any tooling requirements.
Smart Ring Manufacturing Services
Yawell Wearable supports brand teams that need a smart ring platform, a customized derivative or a private-label launch. Start with 6 reference ring models, then scope materials, finishes, sensors, charging accessories, firmware, QRing app branding, packaging and sales assets against the selected platform. Samples, MOQ, lead time and project terms are confirmed in a model-specific quotation. Our public product pages keep specifications and test evidence tied to each model, so buyers can compare available hardware before requesting engineering review or sample evaluation.
Choose a Development Path
The right path depends on how much product definition your team already owns and how quickly you need a sample.
| Path | Best fit | Starting point |
|---|---|---|
| OEM | Teams bringing a defined product brief or selected design requirements. | Review the brief with engineering, then confirm tooling, hardware, firmware and production scope. |
| ODM | Teams that want to adapt an existing ring platform. | Select a reference model, then scope permitted material, finish, firmware, app, charger and packaging changes. |
| Private label | Teams prioritizing a faster branded launch with limited engineering changes. | Choose a reference platform and discuss logo, packaging, accessories, app branding and sales assets. |
Customization Scope
Final availability is confirmed against the selected base model and project brief.
Discuss model-specific materials, finishes, sensor configuration, sizing, charging cable, case or dock, and any tooling requirements.
Scope firmware branding and requested behavior changes with the engineering team after the hardware platform is selected.
Ring models use the QRing companion app. App branding, SDK and data-integration options are scoped per project. Review App/SDK customization.
Discuss logo placement, packaging, charger accessories, manuals and the sales materials required for your launch.
Reference-model samples are available on request. Sample terms, MOQ, lead time and pricing are confirmed in the quotation.
An NDA can be signed before specification exchange. Tooling, firmware branding, app assets and platform IP are defined per project.

Buyer FAQ
MOQ depends on the selected model, material, configuration and project scope. Include your target volume in the RFQ for a model-specific quotation.
Yes. Samples of the reference models are available on request; sample cost, availability and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
Sampling and production schedules depend on customization scope and volume. The project schedule is quoted after the selected platform and changes are reviewed.
Custom tooling paid by the buyer belongs to the buyer. Platform electronics and firmware IP remain with the manufacturer and are licensed to the project; exact terms belong in the project agreement.
App branding and data-integration options are scoped per project. Share the required branding, markets, server and integration expectations with the engineering team.
Production includes incoming material inspection, in-line testing and final random inspection. Third-party inspection can be discussed, and model-level reports are shared where a report source is on file.
Send the target market, expected volume, preferred material, charging approach, App needs and launch timing. The sales and engineering teams will reply with the next model-specific steps.
