Test Reports
Waterproof test reports (IEC60529, ISO 22810-2010) are on file for R02, R08, R10 and R12; other models list their water-resistance ratings in their spec sheets where applicable. Model-level reports are shared on request.
Lead Time & Shipping
Production and shipping schedules are quoted per project. EXW, FOB or DDP — air, sea or rail freight.
NDA & IP Protection
NDA before any spec exchange. Your tooling, firmware branding and app assets stay exclusively yours.

MOQ depends on the model, material and configuration, and is confirmed in your quotation. Tell us your target volume in the RFQ and we will match it against the right model.
No prices are published on this site. A formal quotation follows your requirements and volume — send an RFQ and we reply with a model-specific quote.
Payment terms are agreed per order and stated in the quotation. T/T is the standard arrangement; other terms can be discussed for larger projects.
Yes. Samples of all reference models are available on request. Sample cost, lead time and any credit terms are confirmed in your quotation.
Both. The ring and band models work with the QRing companion app for iOS and Android, and the A2C glasses work with the HeyCyan app — so a branded product can reach the market with minimal engineering on your side.
Materials and finishes are listed per model in the spec sheets. Logo, packaging, charger accessories and app branding are discussed per project against the chosen base model.

Custom tooling paid by you belongs to you and is never used for other clients. Platform IP (base electronics and firmware) remains the manufacturer's and is licensed to your project.
Lead time depends on the model, customization scope and volume, and is confirmed in your quotation together with the production schedule.
Incoming material inspection, in-line testing and final random inspection are part of production. Model-level test reports — such as the IEC60529 and ISO 22810-2010 waterproof reports for selected models — are shared on request, and third-party inspection is welcome.
EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CIF and DDP. We work with DHL/FedEx for samples and air/sea/rail forwarders for production volumes, or your nominated forwarder.
Warranty terms are agreed per order and stated in the sales contract, including how defective units are handled.
