Wearable Manufacturing Services

Wearable OEM, ODM and Private Label Manufacturing

Yawell Wearable is a Shenzhen-based OEM/ODM partner for brands launching wearables across three lines: smart rings, screenless smart bands and AI camera glasses. Start from 12 reference models spanning the 3 lines, then scope hardware, firmware, companion app, packaging and sales assets against the selected platform. Samples, MOQ, lead time and project terms are confirmed in a model-specific quotation, with specifications and test evidence kept source-bound on each model page.

Three Product Lines

Rings, screenless bands and AI camera glasses

Each line has its own reference models and companion app. Open a line for source-bound specifications before requesting engineering review.

Yawell Smart Ring

6 reference models · QRing app

Yawell Smart Ring is our finger-worn reference line for brand partners: six models spanning stainless steel, ceramic and titanium, with magnetic or wireless charging options. Spec sheets, image sets and report evidence where available — quote via RFQ for OEM/ODM customization.

  • Six reference models (R02–R20) for brand evaluation and customization briefs
  • Materials and charging variants documented with source-bound wording
  • QRing companion app for ring models; sales kits and image sets on request
  • Test reports linked on model pages where a report source is on file

Yawell Smart Bands

5 reference models · QRing app

Yawell Smart Bands covers our screenless band reference line for brand partners (Y24–Y28C). Use these models to evaluate form factors and feature sets before an OEM/ODM brief — specs stay source-bound to the product sheets.

  • Five screenless band references for partner evaluation
  • Waterproof wording only where the specification sheet states it
  • QRing companion app for band models
  • RFQ for pricing, MOQ and customization paths

Yawell Smart Glasses

1 reference model · HeyCyan app

Yawell Smart Glasses centers on the A2C AI camera glasses reference for brand partners. Features follow the A2C specification sheet (shooting, AI translation, AI assistant, Bluetooth calling, music and dual-mic noise cancellation) via the HeyCyan companion app.

  • A2C reference model for camera-glasses OEM/ODM evaluation
  • HeyCyan companion app for the glasses line
  • Spec-sheet feature list only — no wellness monitoring claims
  • RFQ for customization, image sets and next steps

Choose a Development Path

OEM vs ODM vs private label

The right path depends on how much product definition your team already owns and how quickly you need a sample.

PathBest fitStarting point
OEMTeams bringing a defined product brief or selected design requirements.Review the brief with engineering, then confirm tooling, hardware, firmware and production scope.
ODMTeams that want to adapt an existing ring, band or glasses platform.Select a reference model, then scope permitted material, finish, firmware, app and packaging changes.
Private labelTeams prioritizing a faster branded launch with limited engineering changes.Choose a reference platform and discuss logo, packaging, accessories, app branding and sales assets.

Customization Scope

Hardware, firmware, app and packaging

Final availability is confirmed against the selected base model and project brief.

Hardware & charging

Scope model-specific materials, finishes, sensors, sizing or fit, and charging cable, case or dock. New geometry or a new size range needs tooling and engineering review.

Firmware & behavior

Discuss firmware branding and requested behavior on the selected branch after the hardware platform is fixed. Feature flags are limited to what the platform already supports.

Companion app

Ring and band models use the QRing app; the A2C camera glasses use the HeyCyan app. App branding, SDK and data-integration options are scoped per project. Review App/SDK customization.

Branding & packaging

Discuss logo placement, retail or mailer packaging, charger accessories, manuals and the sales materials your launch needs.

Samples & quotation

Reference-model samples are available on request. Sample terms, MOQ, lead time and pricing are confirmed in the quotation, not published as a fixed list.

Compliance & NDA

An NDA can be signed before specification exchange. Radio and safety certification depend on your target markets; model-level test evidence is shared where a report source is on file.

Factory Capability

Capacity across the wearable portfolio

Factory facts come from the company capability page; evaluate them separately from model-level reports on each product page.

Buyer FAQ

Questions to settle before sample approval

Which product lines can Yawell manufacture?

Smart rings, screenless smart bands and AI camera glasses. Open each line for its reference models and source-bound specifications.

What is the MOQ?

MOQ depends on the selected line, model, configuration and project scope. Include your target volume in the RFQ for a model-specific quotation.

Can we order samples first?

Yes. Samples of the reference models are available on request; sample cost, availability and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.

Which companion app does each line use?

Ring and band models use the QRing app. The A2C camera glasses use the HeyCyan app. App branding and integration are scoped per project.

Who owns tooling and project IP?

Custom tooling paid by the buyer belongs to the buyer. Platform electronics and firmware IP remain with the manufacturer and are licensed to the project; exact terms belong in the project agreement.

How is quality checked?

Production includes incoming material inspection, in-line testing and final random inspection. Third-party inspection can be discussed, and model-level reports are shared where a report source is on file.

Request a platform and sample evaluation

Send the product line, target market, expected volume, preferred configuration, app needs and launch timing. The sales and engineering teams will reply with the next model-specific steps.
